A member of our Ultimate Bodies family songwriter/producer Sean Garrett, AKA The PEN, will release a new CD in 2008.  He has written and produced for such celebrities as Usher, Chris Brown, Mary J Blige, Beyonce, The Pussy Cat Dolls, Fergie, Britney Spears, Jennifer Lopez, Gwen Stefani, and Enrique Inglesias.

Singer and Grammy R&B artist winner Monica is taking a break from training.  She is currently 7 months pregnant with her 2^nd child and she is pleased to find out it is going to be a boy.

Frank Skee, celebrity commentator from V103 FM has joined the Ultimate Bodies family in pursuit of better health.  Welcome to the family.
