About My Facility

Our studio is outfitted with a full range of weight training equipment, including 15,000 lbs of free weights and a full set of new Body Master equipment.

We have Truth 850 treadmills, elliptical and recumbent bikes.

For those of you who already have your own training program, but need a well-equipped neighborhood gym, come by and give us a look. It is a bright, clean, comfortable environment.
